Flush Mount Electronics in Granite & Wood? - You Can with TRUFIG!

One of our favorite product lines is the wall accessory flush-mounting system created by TRUFIG. Though released less than two years ago, the flush-mount look TRUFIG created has caused quite a stir with the architectural and design community...look at the pictures and you quickly see why. We have a lighting keypad, home automation touchscreen, and an electrical outlet flush-mounted at our Los Angeles showroom, and everyone comments on how much they like it and wish they had it in their own homes. Kits are available to flush mount light switches/dimmers, touchscreens, keypads, electrical outlets, data jacks, and volume controls into walls without visually obtrusive flanges. The end result is a uniform industrial design that looks great.

When TRUFIG first launched, their kits were designed for standard drywall or plaster finished wall surfaces. Now, they have created flush mount kits for hard-surfaced walls, such as stone and wood finishes. Kits are available to flush mount popular home automation and lighting control system products, too, such as Lutron's seeTouch keypad and Crestron's 6" (TPS-6L) and 12" diagonal in-wall touchscreens. TRUFIG's sister company, Sonance, makes matching flangeless speakers, known as the 'architectural series'. These flush mount speakers are available in square, round, and rectangular shapes. The positive feedback Sonance received from the architect and interior design communities with these speakers led them to create TRUFIG, and now more than ever it is important for architects and interior designers to consult with audio video integrators (such as DSI Entertainment Systems!) at least 2 to 3 months prior to construction documents for device/speaker placement and space planning. A little early planning goes a long way towards a much better interior aesthetic. With early planning, the in-ceiling speakers line up and visually match the light fixtures...they will not draw undue attention to themselves (if you don't want to see the speakers at all, consider Sonance's invisible SA "Sound Advance" series of speakers).
